Installation and welding of shielding shell
The shielding bottom plate is located on the chassis. The chassis is welded with 40 × 60 × 2.5 square tubes to form a grid shaped keel, with a spacing of 600 * 600 between the keels. The spacing between the keels ensures that the anti-static floor bracket above is vertically seated on it, so that the floor does not shake and the steel plate does not make any noise. The insulation between the chassis and the original infrastructure ground should be ensured, so 100 × 100 × 10 thick insulation pads (as needed) should be evenly laid under the chassis, with a spacing of 600 × 600. The insulation pad is firmly bonded to the original infrastructure ground. The ground keel needs to be connected and fixed to the building ground using pre designed prefabricated components with insulation treatment. Draw horizontal and vertical lines on the infrastructure ground according to the design drawings. Then accurately arrange the insulation pads. Arrange the pre processed rectangular hollow steel in the factory according to the drawing requirements and then weld it. Clean up construction waste on site and organize relevant personnel to inspect and shake test insulation resistance.
The top is connected to the building roof using pre designed suspension components with insulation requirements (as needed).
After the completion of the framework construction, rust prevention treatment shall be carried out after passing the inspection.
When installing and welding the shielding bottom plate, arrange all the bottom plates according to the diagram and place them on the base frame. Align the seams with the base frame from one side, clamp them with a clamp, and then perform plug welding positioning. Next, all steel plate modules will be spot welded with a spacing of about 400 and a length of about 6mm. When spot welding, first spot weld the midpoint of each edge, gradually extend towards the corners, and make the bottom plate tightly adhere to the ground beam. After the bottom plate spot welding is completed, perform full welding. After welding is completed, measure the dimensions and compare them with the drawings.
The wall panels are assembled sequentially by welding one or two corner panels one by one. The wall panels on the door are assembled after the installation of the door is completed. Wall panels with ventilation waveguide windows should be welded before assembly. Each assembled wall panel should be aligned with the bottom plate and adjacent panel edges. First, perform segmented spot welding (as above) and then proceed with full welding.
Before installing the top plate, several plates of one span should be welded together, ensuring that each span has a 4 ‰ arching degree. When assembling, one end should be lifted first to hook it onto the wall panel, and then the other end should be lifted and installed in a suitable position, aligned on all sides, clamped, spot welded, and fully welded. For those with ventilation duct windows, install the ventilation duct window first and then top it up.
Installation of Platform Screen Doors
The installation of the door should be based on the axis of the upper and lower hinge shafts, with a vertical deviation of no more than 2mm between the two points, and taking into account the vertical requirements of the door frame and door leaf. First, separate the door frame and door leaf for easy fixing operation. Raise the door frame and place it in the corresponding position, then clamp the door frame and wall panel with a clamp. Adjust the verticality and spot weld the door frame and wall panel to the appropriate position. After spot welding, remove the clamp and measure the verticality. If it meets the requirements, install the door leaf. If it does not meet the requirements, grind open the spot welding point, reposition it, and re weld it.
Install the door leaf onto the door frame and adjust the verticality. After installation, the rear door leaf can rotate freely when opening and closing, and can stop rotating at any designated position without further rotation; The flatness deviation of the large plane of the blade slot is less than 2mm; the upper and lower locking devices of the door leaf can be simultaneously contacted when closing the door, and manual opening after installation should not be too laborious.
The entrance of the platform screen door is generally free of deformation and scratches on the surface; The deformation during installation should be within the allowable range, and there should be no obvious scratches on the surface. After the installation of the platform screen door is completed, a leak detector is used to test the shielding effect. After the leak detector is tested and qualified, two coats of anti rust paint are applied.
